Synopsis |
When one is at the height of life or an important
turning point. On the day of the full moon, a pop-up window for the
Moon House Counselling Center appears on one’s mobile phone or laptop. A guest must make a reservation to receive the
address of Moon House by text message.
The way to the Moon House is a process of looking
back on oneself. One the way, one relives a lot of memories from their past. It reminds one of a flower connected to the self
(like the inseperable relationship between life and nature). (Flower language represents the main character’s situation) The trip to the Moon House is like
their journey. The journey to Moon House is guided by Gyeongran
Mountain’s spiritual guide
in the form of various jobs.
Upon arrival at the Moon House, one walks through
the garden where spirit children are playing with Dongja and Dongnyeo. One must pass through the three rooms of the
mountain (Mountain Spirit), Water (The Dragon Spirit), and Star (The Great
Bear). In order to meet the owner of the Moon House (The
three rooms reveal everything about nature). Then, one consults with the owner of Moon House and
consults with the spirit of the family or friend who called them. One can be scolded, comforted, and find happiness. If one achieves enlightenment without realizing it,
Dongja and Dongnyeo are there to explain it simply. The gods of Moon House become spiritual lighthouses
so that each guest can find their own way.
When one leaves the Moon House, their inner
character grows and develops. They want to become a better self and realize the
importance of family and surroundings. Life is precious and should be cherished. |
