Synopsis

Shin Jihu, who lost his entire fortune through gambling, enters a dungeon to end his life, where he accidentally stumbles upon a manastone deposit. However, in order to mine and sell manastones one needed funds and connections. When he discovered a new monster in the dungeon that provided delicious meat, he decided to open a restaurant using private loans.

He wanted to make money by peacefully running a restaurant, but his eccentricity made his restaurant famous, whether it was good or bad. Additionally, he became involved in the world of politics because of a customer. The government’s restrictions on Awakened persons reached extreme levels due to Shin Jihu, and it became an obstacle in the operation of his restaurant. Eventually, under the leadership of Seo Minsu, Jihu and other Awakened rise against the government and replace the current regime.

Seo Minsu claimed that this was the only way to protect Korea from neighboring countries like China, Japan, and Russia. However, the Awakened continue to come over from other countries and Korea falls into turmoil. When the operation of his restaurant is disrupted, Jihu returns to the battlefield. In the meantime, he discovers that Minsu made some kind of deal with Jeon Youngjun in order to take power. Antagonism grows between Jihu and Minsu.

Countries stained with greed begin to gather forces of Awakened to start a world war. The otherworldly people who created the first dungeons were actually aiming for the division of those on Earth. When civil war broke out on Earth, those otherworldly people reactivated the dungeons and invaded…
